Your personal data is processed based on Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
2. What Methods Does Cavalier SanMarco Use to Collect Personal Data?
Your personal data is collected in both electronic and physical environments.
3. For What Purposes Does Cavalier SanMarco Use Personal Data?
Cavalier SanMarco may store, update, disclose to third parties, transfer, classify, and process your personal information to the extent permitted by law. The collection, recording, storage, retention, modification, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, retrieval, classification, or prevention of use of personal data, either in whole or in part, via automated or non-automated means as part of any data recording system, constitutes “processing of personal data.”
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Pursuant to KVKK, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is processed,
b) Request information if your data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used appropriately,
ç) Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
d) Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
e) Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) Request that actions taken under subparagraphs (d) and (e) are notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred,
g) Object to the processing of your data solely by automated means that produces unfavorable results,
h) Request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your data.

You may submit requests regarding your rights under the KVKK using the “CSM Binicilik Malzemeleri ve Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi Application Form”, which is available at https://cavaliersanmarco.it.
Cavalier SanMarco will process your request within 30 (thirty) days, free of charge. However, if your request requires additional processing costs, Cavalier SanMarco reserves the right to charge a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with applicable regulations.
